100K Requests Milestone: A Heart-Felt Thank You

milestonethank you100KDolice Labsblog

Hi there. I'm Masaki Hirokawa, and I want to share something meaningful with you today.

On March 25, 2026, Dolice Labs crossed 100,000 Cloudflare requests.

That's 100,000 moments where someone like you visited Claude Lab, Gemini Lab, Antigravity Lab, or Rork Lab to learn something new about AI. I wanted to pause and say thank you—because that number represents real people, real learning, and real impact.

One Mission Across Four Sites

Dolice Labs isn't just a collection of blogs. It's a unified effort to bring clarity to AI technology.

  • Claude Lab: Understanding Claude AI deeply—techniques, use cases, real-world applications
  • Gemini Lab: Exploring Google Gemini's capabilities and creative applications
  • Antigravity Lab: Diving into advanced AI agents and their potential
  • Rork Lab: Building the bridge between app development and AI integration

Four different audiences, four different AI platforms, but one core belief: developers and creators deserve honest, practical guidance as AI reshapes their world.

That belief is what drove me to build these sites, and it's what keeps me working on them every single day.

The Solo Developer's Journey

Here's something I don't often talk about: I built and maintain all of Dolice Labs alone.

Every article, every system design decision, every deployment to Cloudflare—that's me. When something breaks at 2 AM, I fix it. When there's a better way to structure the codebase, I refactor it. When a reader needs support, I respond.

The first few months were brutal. Next.js + TypeScript + Cloudflare Workers with multi-language support (Japanese and English), Stripe integration, SEO optimization, automated content generation—I was learning and building simultaneously. There were moments of doubt. Times I wondered if it was worth the effort.

But here's what kept me going: I'm not just an app developer. I'm also an artist. And in my bones, I believe that quality—real, uncompromising quality—matters.

That's why every detail on these sites is intentional. Not just "good enough," but crafted. The way articles flow. The way the UI responds to your cursor. The way premium content is presented. The automated systems that work invisibly to deliver fresh, relevant content daily. These aren't accidents. They're the result of thousands of small decisions made with care.

That artistic sensibility—the refusal to settle for surface-level solutions, the obsession with getting the fundamentals right—that's what I've poured into Dolice Labs.

What 100K Means to Me

100,000 requests is meaningful because it's not just a number. It's evidence that people care about understanding AI properly.

You didn't stumble here randomly. You came because you wanted to learn. To grow. To understand how these tools actually work, not the hype, but the reality. That intention matters.

Every reader who digs into a tutorial on Claude's system prompts, or experiments with Gemini's multimodal capabilities, or builds something new using the Antigravity Lab guides—that's a person taking control of their relationship with AI technology. That's the opposite of passive consumption. That's active learning.

In a world where AI is moving so fast that most people feel left behind, you've chosen to engage. To understand. To build something. And I'm genuinely grateful for that.

Beyond the Milestone

But here's the thing about milestones: they're moments in time, not destinations.

AI won't stop evolving. Claude won't stop improving. Neither will Google's offerings or the broader AI landscape. Which means Dolice Labs can't stop evolving either. Complacency is the enemy of quality.

Over the coming months and years, I'm committed to:

  • Deeper technical content: Moving beyond introductions to tackle nuanced, advanced topics that matter to serious practitioners
  • Better examples: Real code, real workflows, real results you can implement immediately
  • Honest evaluation: Not just "here's what this AI can do" but "here's where it falls short, and why that matters"
  • Community: Listening to your feedback, your questions, your use cases, and letting that guide what we explore next

A Personal Reflection

Building Dolice Labs has changed me. I've learned that the best teacher is someone who's still learning. The best guide is someone humble enough to say "I don't know yet, but let's figure it out together."

That's what I'm trying to do here. Not positioning myself as an authority, but as a fellow explorer—someone who's ahead of you by a few steps, turning around to say "come, there's something interesting this way."

The Real Thank You

This is the part where I actually get to say it: thank you.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for choosing to learn. Thank you for the comments, the questions, the feedback that arrives in emails and through the various channels. Thank you for trusting Dolice Labs to be a part of your learning journey.

Whether you've visited once or you're a regular reader, whether you've used the free content or supported the work through premium subscriptions—you're part of this. This milestone is yours as much as it is mine.

What's Next

100K is a beautiful moment, but it's not the end. If anything, it's fuel.

There's so much more to explore, so many deeper insights to uncover, so many readers still waiting to discover what's here. The best work of Dolice Labs still lies ahead.

As AI continues to evolve—and it will, rapidly—the need for clear, trustworthy education becomes even more critical. My commitment is to meet that need. To stay ahead of the curve while remaining grounded in practical wisdom. To celebrate the wins while staying humble about what we don't yet understand.

The 100K milestone represents thousands of hours learning, experimenting, building, refining. But it's also just the starting point. There are topics I haven't explored yet, frameworks I want to develop further, communities I want to build connections with. This isn't a finished project—it's an active, evolving organism.

I'm building this not for the numbers, but because it matters. Because clarity about AI technology matters. Because your growth and success matter. Because the work of education—real, honest, quality education—is sacred.

So here's my commitment to you: I'll keep showing up. I'll keep learning. I'll keep pushing myself to create content and systems that are worthy of your time. I'll stay curious, stay humble, and stay committed to quality. And I'll keep that artistic standard—that refusal to compromise on surface-level solutions—at the core of everything we do.

You've given me an incredible gift in choosing to spend your time here. I don't take that responsibility lightly. Every article, every design decision, every backend optimization is made with respect for your attention and your desire to learn.

Thank you for being part of this journey. It's just begun.
